Youghal Pitch & Putt Course is located adjacent to the swimming pool and beside the beach. 

Youghal's greyhound track is located in the Front Strand area of the town and is easily accessible on Youghal's main road. 

Built in the 1940's, the now derelict Seafield Fabrics factory stands on a substantial site in the Strand Area. 

This picture shows only half of the manufacturing facilities that used to be located in the Strand. Perks now occupies much of the adjoining Blackwater Cottons building which were built alongside Seafield textiles. 

The main entrance had a rectangular column which was faced with clocks on three sides. Above the double doorway is an inbuilt stone carving.

St. Coran's well, Youghal is located in Seafield.

Located adjacent to the beach, the trains used to bring hundreds of daytrippers and tourists on memorable holidays to Youghal town.

Located beside the Strand Church, Youghal Tennis Club now features four fantastic flood lit courts. 

Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Youghal, better known as the Strand Church. 

The red brick Strand Church was built in the 1930's and is faced with attractive limestone borders. It sits on an elevated position above the main road.

Behind the Strand Church, steps lead up to Knockaverry providing a convenient short cut for residents.

Exercise equipment has been installed along the Sli na Slainte walking route allowing you the opportunity to avail of free exercise machines whilst enjoying the spectacular scenery!

A variety of exercise machines such as air-walkers and cross trainers have been installed at locations such as the Green Park, Lighthouse Hill and the Front Strand. 

Construction began on the current Lighthouse in 1848 and it became operational in 1852. it is now fully automatic.

The River Blackwater meets the Atlantic Ocean.   

Beach at Lighthouse Hill, Youghal known as Green Hole. It was the site of the early lifeboat station for a while until it found a permanent home at the Mall. Don't walk along the rocks when high tide is approaching - it gets very dangerous, very fast!

Blackball Head as viewed from the Front Strand. The River Blackwater flows into Youghal Bay from the left of the picture. Blackball Head is the headland jutting out on your right hand side as you drive into Youghal, keeping the Lighthouse on your right.

Youghal International College, South Abbey, Youghal. Youghal's Language School specialises in course for 6-21 year olds, particularly popular with Spanish students!

The 1798 Memorial Park, more commonly known as the Greenpark, Youghal. 

At the end of the Greenpark, there is an ornate, restored bandstand.
